this legislation, is on the ballot<br />
for November 8, <strong>2016</strong>. The<br />
League has arranged a panel of<br />
speakers to provide information<br />
about the benefits of the law,<br />
the negative side of adopting<br />
this law, how the surcharge will<br />
be assessed to residents, and<br />
how the CPA has evolved in a<br />
neighboring community, which<br />
adopted the CPA three years<br />
ago. This event is sponsored<br />
by the <strong>Norwood</strong> League of<br />
Woman Voters, and is free and<br />
