continued to rise from August,<br />
2015, to August, <strong>2016</strong>. The number<br />
of listings fell slightly this<br />
year, however, average sale price<br />
rose significantly and houses sold<br />
quicker with fewer days to an offer<br />
and on the market.<br />
Part of the contribution for<br />
the rise in average sale price could<br />
also be credited to the sale of two<br />
houses sold between $600,000<br />
and $699,999 and $700,000 and<br />
$799,999.<br />
