Department in
Tunbridge Wells. She
handles everything
from straightforward
contract disputes to
complex High Court
litigation.
She has particular
expertise in
Property Litigation
including advising
clients on anything
from high value disputes with commercial landlords
and tenants to agricultural property disputes and
obtaining possession from squatters.

Justine worked in the City for several years before
joining Buss Murton and delivers the service that
clients would expect from a City firm of solicitors
but at competitive Tunbridge Wells prices.
Justine says: “Litigation can be expensive. For clients
that have more straightforward problems, the firm
is now offering a fixed fee service for debt recovery
and possession of properties on Assured Shorthold
Tenancies. This will provide a solution for those
who need these services but for whom it is not cost
effective to instruct solicitors on hourly rates.”
