2015 Bash at the Ballpark
New Member Receptions are
held throughout the year for new
members of the Chamber. The
program was developed to inform new
business ventures of all the Chamber
has to offer. It’s a great way for new
members to meet and become
familiar with the Chamber staff,
programs and overall benefits of
Chamber membership.
The Chamber offers a number of
value added benefits to Chamber
members such as Leadership
Russellville, ribbon cuttings, lobbying
for business, small business
material and seminars, mailing
labels, sponsorship and advertising
opportunities, conference rooms and
useful publications.
Russellville is preparing for the
future through programs like
Leadership Russellville. Facilitated
by the Chamber of Commerce, this
nine-month program is designed
to identify, educate, and motivate
potential community leaders, to
become involved in the future
of the community by addressing
the realities, opportunities, and
challenges of the community.
Businesses celebrating special events
such as a new business opening,
relocation, major building expansion,
or a special anniversary, can request
a ribbon cutting by the Red Coat
Ambassador Committee. This is an
excellent form of inexpensive publicity
utilizing local news media.
RACC is proud to be the business
advocacy organization in the
River Valley. Our state and federal
lobbying efforts, coordinated with
the Arkansas State Chamber
of Commerce, have resulted in
decreased costs and less regulations
for all businesses. Through our
close working relationship with the
ASBTDC, Arkansas Small Business
and Technology Development
Center, located at Arkansas Tech
University, the Chamber can assist
our members in all areas of starting
a new business, business financing,
planning, marketing, etc. We partner
with the ASBTDC to provide business
seminars throughout the year.
Another service and benefit to
Chamber members is a complete
Chamber mailing list, which is
available to members for $25.00,
preprinted labels for $40.00 and
an electronic disk for $60.00.
The Chamber offers sponsorship
opportunities at many community
events like the Annual Membership
Celebration and Banquet, Business
Expo, Bash at the Ballpark and
