Adjacent to the new building is the
Millard-Henry OB/GYN Women’s Clinic
which is solely dedicated to women’s
health. Additional Millard-Henry Clinics
are located in Atkins and Dover.
Valley Health Services in Hector is an
outreach clinic of Saint Mary’s offering
substantial healthcare services for
those in rural northeastern Pope

Physical Fitness
and Therapy
Saint Mary’s Wellness Fitness
Center is a 30,000 square foot
facility equipped with an indoor track,
basketball court, racquetball courts,
a full line of exercise equipment
including weight training and indoor
cycling equipment, showers, sauna
and a whirlpool. Members young and
old can take advantage of a constantly
changing selection of classes suited to
all fitness levels and interests.
Children’s fitness is also a priority, so
the center offers Fit Kids classes for 6
to12-year olds. A childcare program is

Another off-campus facility is Saint
Mary’s Outpatient Therapy Center.
The goal of this center is to enable
rehabilitation patients to return to
their highest level of health and
function possible through physical,
occupational and/or speech therapy.
It also offers a diabetes selfmanagement
program recognized by
the American Diabetes Association
and a congestive heart failure
education / management program.

Better health
through better sleep
Saint Mary’s Sleep Disorder Clinic
recently expanded capabilities to
diagnose and treat an entire range
of sleep-related problems including
sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia,
nocturnal myoclonus (restless legs)
and combinations of these disorders.
Located at 1813 West Main across
from the hospital, the center is
under the medical direction of Dr.
Kevin Beavers. The facility is a Joint
Commission accredited Sleep Disorder
Center and is staffed with registered
sleep technologists. Sleep studies are
interpreted by a team of physicians,
board certified in sleep medicine.
The four-bed facility provides rooms
with a home-like environment to
promote a good night’s sleep to
support the best possible results. Talk

study is right for you.
