In accordance with Article 4.7 1 of the Rules, please find attached the answers to<br />

the Conflict of Interest and Availability Questionnaire presented by the arbitrators,<br />

Ms Martha Maracanã and Prof. Lena Chowdry.<br />

According to Article 4.7, the Parties have 10 (ten) days to submit comments.<br />

Pursuant to Article 4.8 2 of the Rules, if the parties raise any objections related to<br />

the independence or impartiality of the arbitrator, the arbitrator shall have ten<br />

(10) days to submit comments, after which the parties shall have ten (10) days to<br />

present a challenge.<br />

CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules, Article 4.7. The answers to the Questionnaires and any material facts will be sent<br />

to the Parties, after which they will have ten (10) days to submit comments.<br />

CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules, Article 4.8. If the parties raise an objection related to the independence,<br />

impartiality or any material issue in regard to an arbitrator, the arbitrator involved will have ten (10) days to<br />

submit comments, after which the parties will have ten (10) days to present any challenge, which will be<br />

processed under Article 5.4.<br />
