Future-oriented new management and equity structure for
a family-controlled company rich in tradition.
The Wetzel Group has extended its international market
presence in the printing and embossing industry within the
last few years. Apart from the main operating company,
WETZEL GmbH in Grenzach-Wyhlen, and the WETZEL
Gravotechnik branch office in Rodgau-Weiskirchen, the
group now also has two international manufacturing sites in
Warsaw and Dublin at its disposal.
The group’s various shareholdings are brought together under
the umbrella of WETZEL Holding AG in Münchenstein,
Switzerland. This holding structure allows the newly composed
board of directores and the management to organise
the different group companies under a centralised management
that is aligned with the orientation of the internationally
grown group in order to provide a solid basis for the
family-controlledcompany also in the future. wetzel SERVICE
AG, which is a subsidiary of the holding company, constitutes
a shared service center to the group as well as to external
customers providing services in the areas of marketing, corporate
identity and public relations.
The family-controlled company therefore does not just comply
with the international standards of modern corporate
governance, but is also well established to continue serving
its customers as a powerful and innovative partner for highquality
products in the areas of printing and embossing.
