rendering of a human skeleton in silvered bronze, the<br />

form assembled with fully articulated joints, mounted<br />

on a bespoke metal stand. Of German manufacture,<br />

sculpture of a human skull made in the<br />

late 1930s, height: 5 inches (13 cms) Ref 4820;<br />

an unusual pair of well-formed skull-shaped<br />

bookends mounted on silver plated stands, the<br />

skulls in clear Lucite with opening and closing<br />

jaws. French, circa 1970s. Height: 6 inches (15<br />

cms) Ref 4821; and a novel pair of silvered bronze<br />

skull bookends, mounted on bronze stands.<br />
