This could involve sharing frameworks that help teachers understand what oracy is and its benefits, improving the consistency of oracy across the sector. 13. Policymakers, organisations such as Voice 21, universities, multi-academy trusts (MATs) and local authorities, and school leaders should promote oracy as a comprehensive entitlement for all pupils, but particularly for those attending schools in areas of high deprivation. 74
