alongside chocolate
wine. This gives it a huge
depth of flavour and
works great alongside
this Mexican rum. To
give the drink its special
edge, we have crafted a
syrup with peppermint,
Manuka honey and
cider vinegar. This
gives a subtle acidity
to the finish and helps
carry the complex
and rich flavours
through. Perfect
for all occasions,
especially after dinner
and certainly a crowd
pleaser for New Year’s
Eve celebrations.”
