our team has put into the product. It's also fantastic to receive acknowledgement from the
industry - we started our lives out on site and suffered the frustrations that exist, so it's
great to be recognised for helping to solve the challenges surrounding project knowledge,
collaboration, management, activity tracking and cost control.
"The case study we submitted demonstrated a fantastic ROI to the team surveying Chelsea
Bridge, saving 36 project days with a great ROI on their investment. As well as giving the
project team the ability to collect more in depth information to handover to the client, it
really highlighted the benefits our technology can bring."

Dave Bennett, project director for Carillion Plc's £30m Morpeth Northern Bypass scheme,

BIM Product of 2016
WINNER: GRAPHISOFT – ARCHICAD 20

We are obviously delighted that for the sixth year running, Graphisoft ARCHICAD® has
won the prized 'BIM Product of the Year' award at the Hammers. Six years in succession
really makes us feel that we continue go in the right direction! For design and modelling,
