online. You can now buy your fresh fish<br />

online and have delivered, the very next day<br />

In honour of this launch, Matthew Sankey<br />

and his team will be bringing their kitchen<br />

to your home. For a dinner party of six,<br />

Matthew will be cooking their signature<br />

oysters and seafood paella for you and<br />

your guests. To accompany the culinary<br />

delights, your wine will be matched by<br />

Mrs Sankey for your meal and brought<br />

to you chilled and ready for action.<br />

friends at The National Lobster Hatchery. The<br />

premise is very simple – when you buy and<br />

eat a lobster at Sankey’s, they will put a brand<br />

new baby lobster back into the Cornish sea!<br />

Sankey’s is also recognized on the campaigning<br />

site Fish2Fork, who rate restaurants based<br />

on the sustainability of their seafood.<br />
