TUESDAY 14TH FEBRUARY
Siblings Group – Forest skills
session @ Westonbirt Arboretum
Tetbury, GL8 8QS
10-2pm, £3 per sibling ages 8-18.
Meet at the main carpark welcome
building and bring a packed lunch, wellies
and a change of clothing as we intend
to get muddy! We will meet and walk
15 mins up to the site then we’ll do new
activities and led by Westonbirt Youth
Education Officer Karen. Unless extremely
bad weather, we will be out in the woods
the whole session so wrap up warm. Book
by 8th February to secure your place.
THURSDAY 16TH FEBRUARY
Youthclub Tubing Party @
Gloucester Ski Centre
Matson Ln, Robinswood Hill, Matson,
Gloucester, GL4 6EA. 9.50 am outside the
Ski Centre. £5 per child – Stroud and Cam
youth club members welcome.
We will be tubing together from 10
-10.45am then having food at 11am. Pick
up is at 11.35am. This activity is suitable
for those who can walk up the ski slope
with their tubes. (Those who can’t access
this trip will be prioritised for the Easter
Bake-off) Places are limited to 25 on this
trip so book early. Parents are not expected
to stay on youth club trips.
TUESDAY 11TH APRIL 9.30AM-1.30PM
Young People’s Easter Bake-Off
Delmont’s Lot Community Kitchen, Stroud
High St, (up the alleyway next to Boots)
This is for youth club members who
just love to bake. It is a one day noncompetitive
event with local professional
chef and Allsorts member Mike Rooke.
Places are limited to 8 and participants will
be supported by Allsorts support workers.
Priority will go to those with physical
disabilities and those new to our bakeoffs
this time but there will be another
opportunity for everyone else at Cam in the
summer. Book early to secure a place!
WEDNESDAY 19TH APRIL
Youth Club outing to Billow Farm
Breadstone, Berkeley GL13 9HF
10 - 2pm, £3
For Allsorts Youth club members who’d
like to meet up with other young people
and have some outdoor fun on the farm
together. Dress warmly and bring a
packed lunch- drinks and fruit provided.
More details on activities nearer the time.
Includes the barn owls and birds of prey
at Billow farm and hopefully tractor rides,
weather permitting. Please book by 12th
April to secure a place.
FRIDAY 8TH APRIL
Siblings Group’s Virtual Caving
The Warehouse Climbing Centre,
Parliament St, GL1 1HY. 10.45 – 1.30pm
in the reception/cafe area
£5.00 per child/young person includes
food and drink. Please state any dietary
requirements, ages 8-16yrs
This party is for our non-disabled siblings.
No caving experience necessary, fully
supervised. Please book early for this as
places are limited to 18 due to instructor
ratios. Parents are not expected to stay on
the sibling’s group events.
