WHY YOU SHOULD TRY IT<br />

The rhomboids are important muscles<br />

when per<strong>for</strong>ming massage as they tend<br />

to hold a lot of tension causing pain<br />

between the shoulders, the neck and<br />

even the pectoral muscles.<br />

HOW TO DO IT<br />

Place the balls at the middle of the<br />

shoulder blades<br />

Rest on your back with a block nearby<br />

Place your block underneath your sacrum<br />

Place the balls on the upper ridge of<br />

your shoulders<br />

Lie there <strong>for</strong> a moment on the balls and<br />

let them work into the stiff areas<br />

Move from side-to-side to massage the<br />

muscles (you can move the balls from<br />

one position to another)<br />
