WHY YOU SHOULD TRY IT<br />

This exercise improves the function of<br />

jaw points and reduces associated facial<br />

pain. The exercise also strengthens<br />

muscles that move your jaw back and<br />

<strong>for</strong>th.<br />

HOW TO DO IT<br />

Place the massage ball on a block or<br />

large book<br />

Lay with one side of your face down with<br />

your face on the ball where the upper<br />

jaw meets the lower jaw<br />

While in this position, begin to open and<br />

close your jaw<br />

TIP<br />

You will realize that you might start<br />

to salivate which is a good sign that you have<br />

already started to relax.<br />
