WHY YOU SHOULD TRY IT<br />

This exercise is designed to improve<br />

the flexibility of your upper neck muscles<br />

and also reduce muscle tension.<br />

HOW TO DO IT<br />

Place the ball under your neck<br />

Using your shoulders and head, move<br />

your neck backward and <strong>for</strong>ward to<br />

massage the tight areas<br />

Keep the neck relaxed and breath<br />

normally<br />

Do this <strong>for</strong> up to 90 seconds<br />
