WHY YOU SHOULD TRY IT<br />

Using a ball will help in releasing<br />

adhesions, stimulate circulation, relax the<br />

muscles and gently stretch the ITB on the<br />

surrounding muscles.<br />

HOW TO DO IT<br />

Lie on your right side with the ball<br />

beneath the thigh<br />

Place your left foot on your front <strong>for</strong><br />

support and balance<br />

Roll yourself slowly on the ball towards<br />

the knee<br />

If you feel pain, don’t apply too much<br />

pressure<br />

Do this exercise <strong>for</strong> 20 to 30 seconds<br />
