The default PROTOCOL.INI file created by THINLAPS is only valid all LAN
adapters that can initialize IBMTOK.NIF, for example Token Ring adapter for
microchannel adapters, ISA Auto 16/4 Token Ring and ISA Turbo Token Ring
adapter. Some Token Ring adapters, such as the Token Ring 16/4 II adapter,
need the correct value of the shared RAM address space.
