The Position/Job Profile The successful candidate will be expected to manage credit risk and total client relationships. The candidate will be responsible to lead the team of the collections department. Essential Skills and Experience Candidates must have at minimum a first degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline from a recognized institution. A minimum of 6 years experience in a financial institution with management experience being no less than 3 years. Technical competencies in Microsoft products and the ability to use a loan program. The candidate is also required to have a good understanding of financial statements, proven experience in collections and credit analysis skills. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with a team, good work ethic strong integrity and confidential.
