It was followed thereafter by a Technical<br />

Workshop on ‘Building a Real Estate<br />

Financial Model’ on Thursday 21st <strong>July</strong><br />

<strong>2016</strong> at the same venue. Guests attending<br />

this workshop received in-depth training<br />

on creating a financial model and were<br />

even provided with a template and case<br />

study <strong>to</strong> comprehensively take them<br />

through the practical aspect of building<br />

the model. <strong>The</strong> Technical Workshop was<br />

attended by seventy one (71) participants<br />

who varied from high level management<br />

staff <strong>to</strong> middle and operational level staff.<br />

KPDA would like <strong>to</strong> thank the sponsors of<br />

whose support, the forum would not<br />

HOW TO JOIN THE KENYA PROPERTY DEVELOPERS ASSOCIATION<br />

<strong>The</strong> Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) was established in Nairobi in 2006 as the representative body of<br />

the residential, commercial and industrial property development sec<strong>to</strong>r in Kenya. We are an emerging Business<br />
