If the VR agency is operating under an order of selection, the IPE must be developed and approved<br />
before each eligible student meeting the order of selection criteria leaves the school setting.<br />

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 794, prohibits discrimination<br />

amended, 42 U.S.C. 12131 et seq., prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by State and<br />
