The monthly HOA Board meeting has moved<br />
this year to the third Wednesday of each<br />
month. ARC meetings are held the second<br />
Thursday each month. Both meetings start<br />
at 6:30 PM and are held at the <strong>Grayson</strong> <strong>Lakes</strong><br />
Clubhouse.<br />

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR<br />
Please be a good neighbor - keep the<br />
sidewalks clear of vehicles, check for low<br />
hanging tree branches and overgrown<br />
shrubs near the sidewalks, clean up after<br />
your pets, put yard waste at the curb only<br />
the night before and remove garbage cans<br />
from visible sight except for trash days. The<br />
trash service includes pickup from your garage,<br />
so only yard waste needs to be placed<br />
at the curb.<br />
5 TH ANNUAL GRAYSON LAKES<br />
EGGSTRAVAGANZA<br />
The Easter Bunny is hoppin’ on into <strong>Grayson</strong> <strong>Lakes</strong> again on Saturday, April 15 th from 9:30-<br />
11:30 AM!!! This fun filled, family celebration will include an Egg Hunt with Prizes, Photos with<br />
the Easter Bunny (please bring your own camera for pictures), Bounce House, Egg Dying, Face<br />
Painting, Horse Rides, Balloon Animals, Cotton Candy and Breakfast Snacks for all.<br />
The Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10 AM. Children will be split into three separate age appropriate<br />
groups: 0-2 years, 3-7 years and 8-12 years. One child in each age group will win an<br />
awesome Prize Basket! So be sure to mark your calendars and get your Easter baskets ready<br />
for this eggscellent event!<br />

GRAYSON LAKES COMMUNITY POOL<br />
The <strong>Grayson</strong> <strong>Lakes</strong> Community Pool is open between <strong>March</strong> 1 st and October 31 st to all<br />
residents and their guests from the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.<br />
Note that the pool is closed for heavy cleaning on Mondays with the exception of Memorial<br />
Day and Labor Day. Chemical levels are high on Mondays so the pool is closed<br />
for your safety.<br />
<strong>Grayson</strong> <strong>Lakes</strong> Pool Rules Highlights:<br />
• Residents are allowed 4 guests per household and guests are to be accompanied<br />
by a resident 18 or older.<br />
• All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older).<br />
• No food, drinks or gum are allowed in the pool.<br />
• No pets are allowed in the pool area.<br />
• Furniture does not belong in the pool and can cause damage to the pool and<br />
the furniture itself if misused.<br />
• The pool and pool area are cleaned twice a week.<br />
Please help maintain the facilities so that it can be enjoyed by all our residents.<br />
A pool access card is required to enter the pool. If you do not have a pool access card<br />
