CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MINISTRY (cont’d) Vacation Bible School was held in August under the theme “Weird Animals” where Jesus’ Love is one of a kind. VBS 2016 will go down in history as one of the best ever. There was an overwhelming amount of volunteer staff and our children highly anticipated coming each day for an action filled program of engaging bible lessons, music, crafts, drama and games. The Back to School Service held in August was a joint collaborative effort with the Youth Department. Our students and teachers were challenged to be a light in this dark world. The 2 nd Annual Kingdom Diamonds Children’s Banquet was held in October. This was a regal affair which our children thoroughly enjoyed as they fellowshipped and were royally catered to. Laughter filled the air as the adults gleefully watched the children have fun, fun, fun playing games, singing and dancing. This banquet was a “you had to be there event” in order to fully understand how wonderful it was. Special thanks to the chef, decorators, and helpers who made it a special event. The Christmas Program, under the theme, “And Jesus Was Born!” was a great success. Special thanks to all the coordinators, teachers, students and their parents for working collaboratively to make the program a success. To God be the glory! Jennifer Faulknor on behalf of the team 9
LADIES MINISTRY Christian Greetings from the Ladies Ministry! What a faithful God we serve! We are pleased to report a favorable 2016 within the Ladies’ Ministry. The Ladies Ministry is a very vibrant and active ministry here at ANAT. We are committed to serve our ladies in a wide range of capacity, both spiritually and naturally. Here are a few highlights of the year.
