The National Association of Real Estate<br />
Brokers (NAREB), has initiated two million<br />
black homeowners in five years (2MN5).<br />
DRB is working aggressively to affect this<br />
ambitious, nationwide initiative.<br />
In 2016 NAREB completed a comprehensive<br />
report on the State of Housing in Black<br />
America, "SHIBA," which clearly illustrates<br />
the disparities in lending practices, access<br />
to credit and property values across the<br />
country, which was featured in the Wall<br />
Street Journal.<br />
The DRB mission in <strong>2017</strong> is to continue<br />
to provide education, advocacy and<br />
