The NPO also provides services to men who have sex with men (MSM). These<br />
are male persons who engage in sexual activity with members of the same<br />
sex, regardless of how they identify themselves. Many of these men according<br />
to Gleo Booysen from Rainbow Seeds, do not sexually identify as gay, homosexual<br />
or bisexual but that their actions are mainly for sexual pleasure.<br />
Gleo says that there is still a lack of understanding as to what the community<br />
is and that they are often sexualised. “We still face a tremendous amount<br />
of gender based violence towards the community and many Trans identified<br />
people struggle to get access to hormones and other health based needs,<br />
