1. Facilitator shares the category and component rubric and reviews the <strong>KESA</strong> Category content <br />
while par-cipants take notes.<br />
2. Facilitator poses 1-‐2 key ques-ons to help guide the conversa-on.<br />
3. Par-cipants ask non-‐evalua-ve ques-ons about the <strong>KESA</strong> in<strong>for</strong>ma-on. Facilitator answers with <br />
facts.<br />
4. Par-cipants in the sub group discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportuni-es and threats of <br />
the building or district policies and/or ac-ons as it relates to the <strong>KESA</strong> Category.<br />
5. Recorder completes the SWOT quadrant (graphic organizer) on chart paper <strong>for</strong> each sub group.<br />
6. Conduct a gallery walk to review all subgroup S.W.O.T. entries. Par-cipants note similari-es and <br />
differences to get the whole picture.<br />
7. Facilitator leads whole group discussion on possible solu-ons, ac-ons, ques-ons, or next steps.<br />
