Overtime<br />
By 31 March 2004, excepting unforeseen operational commitments, Yellow Target<br />
to reduce the amount <strong>of</strong> overtime worked by each <strong>of</strong>ficer to no more Developed in<br />
than 32 hours overtime worked on the core programme <strong>of</strong> CSA-agreed<br />
tasks per 28 day period averaged over a 17 week period<br />

than 8 hours worked per week averaged over a 17 week rolling period<br />
Discontinued<br />
Sickness<br />
By 31 March 2005, in order to maintain a healthy <strong>and</strong> effective workforce Green Target<br />
<strong>and</strong> contribute to the achievement <strong>of</strong> other Key Targets, to reduce the Discontinued<br />
overall level <strong>of</strong> sickness lost within the <strong>Agency</strong> (excluding MGS<br />
personnel) by 1 hour per member <strong>of</strong> staff per month against the<br />
corresponding achievement in the previous year.<br />
Fraud Reduction<br />
By 31 March 2005 to have provided greater clarity as to the extent <strong>of</strong> Yellow Target<br />
fraud within the MOD by raising awareness; <strong>and</strong> by engaging with the Developed in<br />
MOD, to encourage it to provide intelligence, with a view to increasing<br />
the number <strong>of</strong> reported fraud cases.<br />

By 31 March 2006, to have delivered a minimum <strong>of</strong> 10 Fraud<br />
Reduction Audits to identified MOD organisations.<br />
Green<br />
Customer Satisfaction<br />
By 31 March 2006, from a baseline established by the 2004 Green<br />
Customer Satisfaction Survey to have implemented an agreed plan to<br />
improve customer satisfaction with services provided.<br />
International Capability<br />
By 31 March 2006, to achieve all International agreed tasks with the Green<br />
Foreign <strong>and</strong> Commonwealth Office in support <strong>of</strong> wider <strong>Defence</strong><br />
<strong>and</strong> foreign policy objectives.<br />
Efficiency<br />
By 31 March 2006, deliver all in-year options for achieving savings Red<br />
agreed with the Central Top Level Budget (CTLB).<br />
