Finalmente, ganhos importantes foram observados
no aspecto gestão e administração (índice integrado
= 4,6). O critério que trata da dedicação e perfil do
responsável (índice = 7,5) evidencia avanços nos indicadores
de horas de dedicação e uso de sistema contábil
e de planejamento, que são parte integrante do
sistema empresarial, mas têm recebido investimentos
e odernização, com software dedicado e pessoal
qualificado. Têm sido mantidos inalterados indicadores
de capacitação dirigida à atividade, já adequada
no início do projeto de intensificação em 2013, e
sistema de certificação / rotulagem, ora inexistente
e excelente oportunidade para trazer visibilidade às
práticas sustentáveis implantadas na fazenda, assim
promovendo a preferência de parceiros comerciais e
consumidores.
As condições de comercialização foram promovidas

do processamento local de suplementos e concentrados,
