both the sun and the earth
acquire each a change compared
to the change which takes phice in both of the human sexes
when they reach the state of puberty. Then, in the course
of the
succeeding rest of the year, we have the mascuhne
emanations personified as three (\l/), as already described.
Corresponding with them are the feminine triads, being
three emanations of Latona, who, in Druidism, is named
Ced (Aid), who is identical with the Latin Cetus and the
Greek Ketos, or Whale or Dolphin, the "Aid" and the
mother of both the sun and Calen on December 22nd, as
will be explained in the future pages. At the vernal
equinox, March 2 1st, the earth is Mor-'wyu (The Holy
Maid of the Sea Foam) ; at the summer solstice, June 2lst,
the earth is Blodwen (Holy Flora) ;
at the autumnal equinox,
September 23rd, the earth is Tynghedwen (Holy
Fortune) \ referring to the ripened crops.

Dyrraith
(Barren), identical with the. Greek Beroe, and referring to
the condition of the earth during the rest of the solar year,
so that the third of the female triad is Tynghedwen- Dyrraith,
considered as one female character with two attributes.
The dual attribute of Dyrraith is barrenness, and fariousness
in defence of her offspring— the offspring of Tynghedweu
(Fortune) and Dyrraith, who is often called a greyhound bitch
—hence, occasionally, a Cromlech is
(Stone of the Greyhound Bitch).

That name refers to the
natural instinct implanted by the great Goddess Mother Ced
in all mothers, whether human or animal, to defend their
offspring at the risk of their owm lives, an instinct the
Druids evidently regarded as being most sacred. Now,
while the Hebrews by the Shechinah and the two winged
bulls referred to the triune nature of the Name Jehovah,
