My name is Ian Wason, and I run<br />
South Africa’s largest debt counselling<br />
operation, based in Cape Town, and<br />
sometimes referred to as a ‘call centre’.<br />
I was fortunate enough to be at the<br />
NCR workshop for debt counsellors<br />
in Cape Town in March <strong>2017</strong>, where I<br />
applauded the NCR’s recent stance of<br />
