What’s the story of Servisolutions Ltd?
I started working as a cleaner 23 years ago and
then started my own company. Twelve years on
and it has 30 employees and a large portfolio of
satisfied clients.
What’s important to you as a businessman?
The most important thing is to be able to solve
people's cleaning problems and see to my cliens'
needs. I want to make people's properties clean
and sparkling as never before!
What sets you apart?
We genuinely care about our customers and have
a team who are specially selected and trusted to
do the work. We like what we do and have a good
track record and great customer testimonials.
What service does Servisolutions give?
We offer daily, weekly or monthly cleaning
services for offices, pubs, restaurants, hotels and
shops. And we do residential properties, too.
What about customer service?
It is key to maintaining good customer relations
and growing a successful business. It allows us to
stay connected to our customers and to receive
valuable feedback.
What do your customers say about you, Hector?
