REHDA holds MAPEX 2017
The Real Estate and Housing Developer’s Association (REHDA) Malaysia and its branches
will be holding 22 property expositions nationwide this year. The first and largest Malaysia
Property Exposition (MAPEX) was held on 14-16 April 2017 at Mid Valley Megamall
Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
Themed “Greater Connectivity for Better Affordable Living”, the exposition showcased
the affordable to exclusive and luxury strata and landed properties of reputable developers
including Ecoworld Development Group Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts
Holdings Bhd SP Seti Bhd, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), MKH Bhd, IJM
Land Bhd, Putra Nilai Development Bhd and so on.
Property related agencies such as Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan
(RUMAWIP) offering affordable housing schemes also participated.
As the longest running and biggest property exposition of the nation, MAPEX is the ideal
platform for developers to showcase their projects, especially new launches to the public.
MAPEX 2017 will be held throughout the year and the nationwide schedule is as follows:
