Temps will fill a need quickly and can stay in the positon as long as required. They are also a great solution for covering annual leave, a fill in until you find a permanent person or as an extra resource in peak, project and busy periods. Temps understand the nature of this type of work so are only too happy to get stuck in. It’s also great that organisations seeing the value in having temps as part of their business and for longer term assignments treating them as part of the team, involving them in social and company activities.
