Make an instant starter with<br />
Rocket, AED 20 (100g) and<br />
Shaved Parmesan, AED 30<br />
(80g). Whisk 6 tablespoons olive<br />
oil with the juice of 1 lemon, and<br />
a pinch of salt and freshly<br />
ground black pepper. Drizzle<br />
over the salad and top with fine<br />
curls of lemon zest.<br />
ON THE COVER<br />
Get creative with party canapés. We made our cover<br />
stars by spreading them with Black Olive Tapenade,<br />
AED 19 (130g), and a variety of vegetables, topped<br />
with Welsh Goat’s Cheese, AED 27 (125g), walnuts and<br />
flat-leaf parsley.<br />
