Great food, good friends, awesome service
and music on the patio. What’s not to
love about summer at Table Three?
Located in Wildwood Town Center,
near the intersection of highways 100
and 109, Table Three is home to one of
the best patios in the region and now has
become a little happier with a late-night
happy hour – T3 Uncorked – on Fridays
and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to close.
“During T3 Uncorked, all of our specialty
cocktails, wine by the glass and
premium beers will be offered at reduced
prices,” explained Table Three owner
Beth Williams. “In addition, we’ll be
offering a late-night menu so that our
guests can enjoy a little late-night nosh.
“Of course, we always have live music
in the summer on our California-inspired
patio from 8-11 p.m. It’s a chance for us
to create a little bit of a different vibe for
summer.”
Adding to that new vibe is Chef Michael
Table Three
Padilla, who Williams said is “adding a
little more jazz to our menu.”
“For summer, we’re adding some more
regional overtones, a bit more spice and
more tapas-style menu items,” Williams
said. “We’re also bringing back our very
well-known Smoked Brisket Burger,
which is one of the most popular dishes
that we serve. It’s a wonderful combination
of layered brisket with house-made
bacon jam, Cambozola cheese [a decadent
combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola]
and a fried egg on a glossy roll. It’s
very, very good.”
Other new menu items include regional
cuisine such as Spanish Paella featuring
andouille sausage, chicken, shrimp, mussels,
saffron rice, tomatoes, poblano peppers
and lobster broth. It’s the very taste
of summer.
“We’re also doing a French bouillabaisse
[a traditional Provençal fish stew] and a
house-made Scampi Pappardelle that has
an Italian overtone to it,” Williams said.
It’s a little bit of al fresco Europe, but

[Monday-Friday from 4-6 p.m.], Table
Three guests can enjoy the restaurant’s
legendary Fish Tacos – a delicious southof-the-border
favorite. Grilled fish, spicy
slaw, cilantro lime crema
and queso fresco – it’s no
wonder these made-to-order
treats are considered perfect
summer fare by Table Three
regulars.
“We’re going into our
eighth patio season, so
we’ve got it down pat.
We’re excited to be the
neighborhood place for
great food and fun times all week long,”
Williams said.

give our customers an enjoyable experience,”
