Of course another thing to think about is the potential profit you could earn<br />

This is what makes selling a service or a membership so appealing –<br />
because if you look at your commission over that customer's lifetime, you<br />
can stand to earn thousands.<br />
For a single product meanwhile, you might want to compare which ones<br />
you can sell for more and which ones offer you 40% versus 60%. Now think<br />
about the volume you're likely to sell – you'll sell a lot more books than<br />
desktop computers so even if the profit is higher per unit, that doesn't<br />
necessarily make it the best pick.<br />

Some affiliate products you find online will be so desperate to encourage<br />
sales that they're willing to give away extra materials to help you sell.<br />
Sometimes you'll be given the text for landing pages for instance and whole<br />
web designs. Some sites will even package their affiliate offers as being get<br />
rich quick schemes and products in themselves.<br />
Be very cynical when assessing the added value these offer (it's always<br />
worth asking why they're so desperate to get more sellers) but at the same<br />
time, it is worth considering the added value that such extras represent.<br />
