TIBBIES Center Stage<br />
announced its 2017/2018<br />
season of entertainment at the<br />
beautiful Art Deco Theater.<br />
Get ready for a year filled with<br />
love and laughter, great music,<br />
and powerful performances at<br />
TIBBIES Center Stage Fontana. The<br />
2017/2018 season promises to be one<br />
of the best yet at Center Stage filled<br />
with three amazing Broadway shows,<br />
two murder mystery weekends, two<br />
TIBBIES song and dance reviews and<br />
a Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra<br />
tribute show not to be missed.<br />
New this year is TIBBIES Center<br />
Stage 16-foot tall by 32-foot wide<br />
HD LED backdrop. This amazing<br />
piece of technology allows for<br />
incredible new enhancements to the<br />
productions. Special visual effects and<br />
virtual scenery can now be a part of<br />
the productions adding an additional<br />
layer to the already stellar entertainment<br />
that the venue offers.<br />
BARBRA AND FRANK<br />
To open the season TIBBIES<br />
Center Stage presents Barbra and<br />
Frank, The Concert that Never<br />
Was. Sharon Owens and Sebastion<br />
Anzaldo are two of the world’s best<br />
tribute artists having won multiple<br />
awards and television show contests<br />
worldwide. After a multiyear run in<br />
Las Vegas these two amazing performers<br />
are kicking off the season on<br />
July 13 th and 14 th .<br />
SHREK THE MUSICAL<br />
The Broadway series feature a<br />
diverse mix of classic musical comedy,<br />
a recent smash Broadway hit and<br />
one of the first and best “Jukebox<br />
musicals”. The Broadway show season<br />
kicks off this fall with Shrek The<br />
Musical. Shrek runs Oct. 20 th through<br />
Nov. 12 th of this year. Based upon<br />
the hit animated feature film this<br />
delightful show is great for audiences<br />
of all ages.<br />
SMOKEY JOES CAFÉ<br />
Feb 9 th – March 5 th , 2018, Smokey<br />
Joes Café will take guests back to the<br />
good ol’ days of 50’s and 60’s rock<br />
and roll. This show highlights the<br />
music of Leiber and Stoller with great<br />
hits like “Charlie Brown”, “Yakety<br />
Yak”, “Hound Dog” and more!<br />
SINGING IN THE RAIN<br />
April 6 th – April 29 th , 2018, Center<br />
Stage presents one of the greatest<br />
musicals of all time, Singing in the<br />
Rain. This true classic musical will<br />
take audiences on a sentimental journey<br />
back in time to when life, love,<br />
and laughter were all that mattered.<br />
