Meander through the winding path of the Al
Hajjar Mountains before your eyes meet the

We must admit, the exterior dampened our first
impression, but indoors the décor stuns with
splashes of colour from lanterns, statement
furnishings such as a briefcase cloaked front desk
and a monochrome scheme in the lobby, quickly
redeeming itself from the peachy outdoors
which we learnt later mimic the landscape in
Marrakech. The art-inspired resort boasts a
Moroccan vibe throughout, with all guest rooms
facing the ocean or marina. It’s the type of spot
you can leave the children to be, hit the beach
for a dip or water sport activities – they offer
everything from kayaking to jetpacks – and while
away with a book on your terrace.
