membership at the Me Merrimack Valley YMCA Memberships Merrimack Valley YMCA membership provides full access to the Y Group Exercise programs, and Wellness Center (Age 9-12 with parent, 13+ can use alone) Ages 9-12+ must have fitness orientation with adult/parent. Also, adult 18+ must be alongside minor while working out at all times. Weight Room (13+). Ages 13-17 must have weight room orientation in order to use room. Membership also includes guest privileges, free Child Watch (family membership only), reduced rates on classes and use of the Lawrence and Methuen Ys.
