Racnet Estate Management System
As you are aware, the DHA have implemented a new access control system which greatly improves
functionality and reduces costs. This new system will speed up visitor access and reduce the long gate
queues, providing ALL visitors are sent an access code in advance.
For the past 6 months, we have been validating the
system and with more than 50% of residents already
registered, we are confident of the system benefits and
advantages and now require all remaining residents to
be registered on the system.
To this end, the cut-off date of the old system is
31 July 2017, after which all visitors/contractors will
require an access code for entry as the Click On system
will be deactivated.
RACNET ALLOWS APP, WEB AND SMS
INTERACTION.
• When using the App, residents will receive
notification for both arrivals and departures,
allowing us all to enjoy a safer environment.
• The web version will also allow you to register your
pets allowing the DHA to repatriate lost ones back
to their homes.
• You will see icons for additional features and
functions coming down the line.
TO REGISTER, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE
SIMPLE DIRECTIONS
1. Browse to www.dainfern.co.za
2. Click the menu button in the top right-hand
corner
3. Select LOGIN
4. Select Register Account
5. Complete the registration form
6. An email will be sent to your email address
to confirm details – please follow the
instructions to validate your registration
7. Once your registration is validated, you will
receive an email which confirms access to
the system. Once Security have activated
and verified your profile, you will be able to
access the system and issue codes for your
visitors.
TO GENERATE AND ISSUE ACCESS
CODES FOR VISITORS/CONTRACTORS
YOU CAN EITHER:
1. Download the free application from your
smartphone App store by searching for
RACNET.
2. Send a request via SMS to 48385 much like
you have done in the past. The message
section should read as follows: OTP 1 John
Smith then press send. You will receive a
code for your visitor via SMS which you can
then forward to your visitor.
3. Login to the above web page and click on the
Dainfern logo to proceed
a. Select the My Access Codes icon on the
left, click the + button in the top righthand
corner
b. Select your stand and then complete the
visitor information form. If you want the
system to send the access code directly
to your visitor, remember to check
the box and enter the visitor mobile
number. If you don’t tick the Send to
visitor option, then the system will send
the code to you, for you to forward as
required.
c. To generate/send the access code, click
the Save access codes button in the top
right-hand corner.
If there is enough demand, we will schedule short
information sessions on how to use the system to
its full advantage.
