GOLF CLUB NEWS<br />
Ladies Club Championship 2017<br />
The Annual Ladies Club Championship was played over the 18th and 19th of May 2017.<br />
This is the biggest event on the ladies calendar and we knew that we will be treated to some great golf.<br />
We had a total of 27 ladies that took part in our 2017 Club Championship and a few ladies that joined us for the<br />
second day on Friday to be part of all the festivities.<br />
The course was in excellent condition and we would like to thank Clinton Fouche and his great staff for a great golf<br />
course and all the hard work.<br />
To the Joyce Hughes and her team, Maureen Valsecchi, Heather Becker and Sandy Todd, we would like to thank you<br />
for all the hard work, from the goodie bags and a great prize giving lunch.<br />
THE RESULTS WERE AS FOLLOW:<br />
Senior Stableford Champion: Gail Wilson 36 pts<br />
Overall Nett Winner: Debbie Retief 151 Nett c/o<br />
Jim Joel Trophy C-Division Champion: Sharon Le Roux 58 pts (31, 27)<br />
D&B Watson Trophy B-Division Champion: Young Mi Lee 197 (99, 98)<br />
Sir Albert Robinson 2017 Club Champion: Joyce Hughes 175 (84, 91)<br />

LADIES GOLF RESULTS<br />
The results of the Ladies League games played on 1 June 2017 are as follows:-<br />
The Silvers won 6/0 at home against River Club<br />
Bronze 1 won 6/0 away at CMR Golf Club.<br />
