Frankfort man receives citations for alleged DUI
Deron Ellington, 42, of
the 7600 block of Galeview
Lane, Frankfort, was issued
citations June 20 for driving
under the influence of
alcohol, driving under the
influence over .08, failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident
and illegal transportation
of open alcohol driver,
after he was stopped while
allegedly driving in the
18400 block of 80th Avenue.
According to the report, Ellington
registered at a .203
on a breath alcohol test.
June 17
• Criminal damage to a property
was reported June 17
at the 7700 block of Bristol
Lane in Tinley Park. According
to the report, the owner
of the home had been egged
“several times in the last
few weeks.” On June 17,
the homeowner “heard loud
noises on the side and front
of his residence” and found
egg yolk and egg shells on
the north and east side of the
home, the report stated.
June 13
• Amy Lynn Deliberto, 19, of
the 7700 block of Richardson
Lane, Tinley Park, was
charged June 13 with possession
of cannabis at the 7700
block of Richardson Lane in
Tinley Park. According to the
report, Deliberto was in a vehicle
parked at the 7700 block
of Richardson Lane. She was
with Nicholas B. Garcia, 20,
of the 7500 block of Hickory
Creek, Frankfort, and Nicole
Keller, 20, of the 7600 block
of Hickory Creek, Frankfort.
Garcia was charged with
possession of cannabis, possession
of cannabis (wax
THC) and possession of drug
equipment, while Keller was
charged with possession of
drug equipment. The report
stated a grinder, glass pipe
and a small container containing
wax THC was found
inside the vehicle. A backpack
– which belonged to
Garcia – containing small
bags of cannabis and a bong
was also found. The total
weight of all the cannabis
Garcia had in possession was
15 grams, the report stated.
