Frankfort man receives citations for alleged DUI<br />
Deron Ellington, 42, of<br />
the 7600 block of Galeview<br />
Lane, Frankfort, was issued<br />
citations June 20 for driving<br />
under the influence of<br />
alcohol, driving under the<br />
influence over .08, failure to<br />
reduce speed to avoid an accident<br />
and illegal transportation<br />
of open alcohol driver,<br />
after he was stopped while<br />
allegedly driving in the<br />
18400 block of 80th Avenue.<br />
According to the report, Ellington<br />
registered at a .203<br />
on a breath alcohol test.<br />
June 17<br />
• Criminal damage to a property<br />
was reported June 17<br />
at the 7700 block of Bristol<br />
Lane in Tinley Park. According<br />
to the report, the owner<br />
of the home had been egged<br />
“several times in the last<br />
few weeks.” On June 17,<br />
the homeowner “heard loud<br />
noises on the side and front<br />
of his residence” and found<br />
egg yolk and egg shells on<br />
the north and east side of the<br />
home, the report stated.<br />
June 13<br />
• Amy Lynn Deliberto, 19, of<br />
the 7700 block of Richardson<br />
Lane, Tinley Park, was<br />
charged June 13 with possession<br />
of cannabis at the 7700<br />
block of Richardson Lane in<br />
Tinley Park. According to the<br />
report, Deliberto was in a vehicle<br />
parked at the 7700 block<br />
of Richardson Lane. She was<br />
with Nicholas B. Garcia, 20,<br />
of the 7500 block of Hickory<br />
Creek, Frankfort, and Nicole<br />
Keller, 20, of the 7600 block<br />
of Hickory Creek, Frankfort.<br />
Garcia was charged with<br />
possession of cannabis, possession<br />
of cannabis (wax<br />
THC) and possession of drug<br />
equipment, while Keller was<br />
charged with possession of<br />
drug equipment. The report<br />
stated a grinder, glass pipe<br />
and a small container containing<br />
wax THC was found<br />
inside the vehicle. A backpack<br />
– which belonged to<br />
Garcia – containing small<br />
bags of cannabis and a bong<br />
was also found. The total<br />
weight of all the cannabis<br />
Garcia had in possession was<br />
15 grams, the report stated.<br />
