The Economic Affairs Adviser to the
“Our prime minister has always dreamt
of an independent Bangladesh. We
believe that the social media application
in 2010 where Dr Subhash Gupta
played a special role by providing
technical assistance, expert surgeons and
post transplant care,” Dr Ali said.
Since 2005 Dr Ali’s team has been
getting special support from Dr Gupta,
including getting training for Bangladeshi
doctors. “In one word, Dr Subhash Gupta
has played a very important role in liver
transplantation (liver replacement) in our
country,” Dr Ali added.
About 2300 doctors and 10 thousand
staffs work at 14 hospitals run by the
Delhi based Max Healthcare. Other than
the liver translation program, these
hospitals offer different treatment
facilities for various complicated diseases
including renal, heart and bone marrow
transplantation.
Under the supervision of Dr Subhash
Gupta, over two thousand successful liver
transplantations have been completed
successfully. A large number of patients
from Bangladesh go to India for liver
transplantation and other liver related
surgeries. Over 150 Bangladeshi patients
have so far undergone liver transplants by
Dr Subhash Gupta’s team.
The various healthcare packages for
Bangladeshi patients at special rates
include liver transplant. •
Bangladesh towards achieving its digital
ambitions,” Dr Rahman said.
The managing director of lnvariant
Telecom Jashimuddin Chisty said, “Telvo is
the ultimate solution to all of the barriers
we face these days with other social
communication
apps. A few of our remarkable features
are dial pad calling, group video calling,
incoming call waiting, multiple number
registration, etc. Besides all of these
features, we are also focusing on making
Telvo user friendly to all, including the
senior people.”
