DEAR READERS….<br />
By the time you read this either the <strong>Equestrian</strong><br />
<strong>Life</strong> Championships will be underway or will<br />
have just finished. Who will be our Supremes I<br />
wonder?<br />
We have run these Championships for 16 years<br />
now and continue to get a loyal following every<br />
year but I am sure given the number of shows<br />
popping up with ‘Championship’ style approaches it is<br />
becoming increasingly confusing as a competitor where to attend.<br />
We all have limited budgets so what are your criteria generally for entering<br />
events – would love to hear your views? Is it cost, distance, classes,<br />
location, venue, qualified, no need to qualify, or something else?<br />
Outside of the <strong>Equestrian</strong> <strong>Life</strong> Champs, here’s hoping our region’s<br />
competitors put in a great performance at The Royal Welsh and Royal<br />
International; we shall be following the news and hope to bring you their<br />
results either online or in print.<br />
We love to see new products and innovative ideas. This month, we share<br />
three new launches with you. The Clavi Brace, a revolutionary idea to assist<br />
in the speedy recovery of broken bones; Estride, to help you gauge and<br />
improve your horses’ fitness, and Apt Cavalier, a new clothing range from<br />
a young design graduate from Scotland. Please take a moment to read all<br />
about them in this month’s issue.<br />
