Rules and requirements<br />
Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors of the<br />
2017 Green Truck Summit will be given first right of refusal for the following year,<br />
until Aug. 1, 2017, to confirm. NTEA reserves the right to approve and assign all<br />
<strong>sponsorship</strong>s.<br />
Upon approval, contributor will receive an invoice for the full amount due within<br />
30 days and a schedule of material deadlines, if applicable. Sponsorships will not<br />
be considered official, and promotion of designated sponsors will not begin until<br />
the required remittance is received by NTEA. All contributions are nonrefundable.<br />
NTEA’s recognition and promotion of sponsors in no way constitutes the<br />
Association’s endorsement of any sponsor, its products, services or facilities.<br />
