APCA’s Paul Richter and Family<br />
Walk for Bladder Cancer<br />
To support their friend and bladder cancer<br />
survivor, the Richter family walked for Bladder<br />
Cancer Awareness on Saturday, September 25th.<br />
With the generous support of several APCA<br />
colleagues, they raised $225.00. In total, the event<br />
raised approximately $500,000 across Canada.<br />
Bladder Cancer Canada is a national charity<br />
organized to:<br />
• Help bladder cancer patients and their support<br />
teams address the day-to-day issues of this<br />
disease;<br />
• Increase awareness of bladder cancer among<br />
the general public and medical community and;<br />
• Fund research which pursues the diagnosis,<br />
treatment and elimination of bladder cancer.<br />
