Welcome to the 2014

summer edition of Derek

Slack Motors news. As you

are no doubt aware, the

Tour de France recently

visited the Yorkshire Dales

bringing huge coverage

of the SKODA brand who

sponsored the event.

To help celebrate the UK

stages, SKODA launched

limited edition 4x4 versions

of the Yeti, Octavia and

Superb. Each model

featuring unique accessories

for the keen cyclist and outdoor

enthusiast.

This year SKODA will become

the first manufacturer to

double sales in the UK in

a five year period. SKODA

have recently launched

several new models as part

of their expansion plans

which also involve retailers

incorporating new SKODA

branding. Derek Slack Motors

will commence their own

showroom extension and

refurbishment later in the

year, making the family run

dealership one of the largest

SKODA facilities in the UK.

“It’s an exciting time for

SKODA and Derek Slack

Motors”, said Tony Slack,

will be unrecognisable with

a new facia, layout and

SKODA’s sense of space.”

Latest models include a new

sporty Black Edition available

across the complete range

featuring, black alloy wheels,

sunset glass, sat-nav, with

an option of metallic black or

pearl white paint.

The successful rally

inspired Fabia Monte Carlo

specification is now also

extended to include the Yeti

and Citigo.

The much anticipated third

generation Octavia Scout,

was recently launched and

is now available to order

followed later in the year

by the latest range-topping

Octavia Laurin & Klement

special edition.

Latest new 64 registration

offers include, 0% APR

finance, with free servicing

on all but a few vehicles in

the range.

2014 has also been a busy

year for ISUZU with the

introduction of the new

range-topping D-Max ‘Blade’

with the same class leading

3.5 tonne towing power and

5 year warranty.
