<strong>112th</strong> <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Dedication<br />
The <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Association, Inc. is honored to dedicate this<br />
year’s <strong>112th</strong> Annual <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> to Oscar Ney and Terra<br />
Renea (Eoff) Bibb. These two “<strong>Fair</strong>” individuals leave behind their<br />
own legacy of what makes the <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> what it is today<br />
from serving the association as a Director/Senior Director to a Court<br />
Duchess.<br />
Oscar William Ney<br />
September 29,1927-May 16, 2017<br />
Oscar was a lifetime member of the association. He<br />
served as a director for nine plus years before becoming<br />
a Senior Director. During his terms as a director<br />
he served on the E-Board as Vice-President, Drink<br />
and Vendor Committee’s. Was the “Handy Man” carpenter<br />
for the association building projects at the<br />
fairgrounds. Served as a liaison between the association directors and the<br />
Women’s Auxiliary. Oscar was always building many carpenter projects on<br />
the grounds of which was funded by the auxiliary. In special recognition of<br />
being honored, Senior Director Oscar served as Honorary Grand Parade<br />
Marshal during the 2014 annual fair parade. The association lost Oscar on<br />
May 16th, 2017.<br />

Terra Renea (Eoff) Bibb<br />
April 14,1981-June 9,2017<br />
Terra Renea (Eoff) Bibb served the <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />
<strong>Fair</strong> Association as Court Duchess in 1999. She represented<br />
the association with her beauty and poise.<br />
Born in Odessa, Texas she and her family moved several<br />
times before becoming Boerne residents. After<br />
many years of accomplishments in horsemanship<br />
including her favorite sport of barrel racing she settled down to raise her<br />
children that brought so much joy to her life. Terra lived in Austin along<br />
with her husband and three son’s. Terra will always be remembered as a<br />
loving mother and devoted wife. After a eight year battle with cancer the<br />
association lost Terra on June 9th, 2017.<br />
The Association Honors And Recognizes The Families Of These<br />
Dedicated Individuals For Their Sincere Hard Work, Support And<br />
Countless Dedicated Hours To The <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Association.<br />
