The <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Association “Welcomes” Lester Meier<br />
Rodeo Company from Fredericksburg, Texas as the 2017 rodeo<br />
producer and stock contractor for two nights of rodeo action and<br />
one night of bull riding action. The Lester Meier Rodeo Company<br />
is in its 44th year. 2017 continues the tradition of producing<br />
Open Pro Rodeos, Bull Riding events and Convention Rodeos.<br />
Lester Meier himself competed as a bull rider for 7 years before<br />
setting out to build one of the largest and fastest growing open<br />
rodeo companies in the state of Texas. Rodeo events include bull<br />
riding, bare bronco riding, ladies barrel racing, ladies breakaway,<br />
calf roping, team roping, tie down roping and saddle bronco riding.<br />
The Lester Meier Rodeo livestock is a vital part of the operation<br />
and is well cared for their family ranch and throughout the hill<br />
country, as is evident by their athletic ability and excellent condition.<br />
Both the bucking horses and bulls of the rodeo stock are regarded<br />
as “Double Tough” and have garnered national attention.<br />
