MEET THE 2017 KENDALL COUNTY FAIR<br />
HOMESTEAD HERITAGE EXHIBIT HALL<br />
SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS<br />
The <strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Association, Inc. is honored to announce three<br />
recipients of The Homestead Heritage Exhibit Hall Scholarship for the<br />
<strong>Kendall</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> Association. Three applicants applied for the scholarship<br />
and the three applicants were awarded a scholarship in the amount<br />
of $600.00 each. Selected were Paige Hovey, Jordan Maldonado and Kortni<br />
Langlinais..<br />
Paige is the daughter of Rick and Denise Hovey of Boerne and graduated<br />
from Champion High School in 2017. Jordan is the daughter of Bruce and<br />
Lisa Maldonado of Boerne and a 2017 Graduate of Boerne High School.<br />
Kortni is the daughter of Kimberly Gardiner and Gary Langlinais of Boerne<br />
and a 2017 graduate of Boerne High School.<br />
“It is an honor and privilege to present these three outstanding young<br />
ladies the Scholarships” and I wish more Seniors would apply for the annual<br />
scholarship”, stated Marilyn Culak- KCFA Homestead Heritage Exhibit Hall<br />
Director.<br />
The Homestead Heritage Exhibit Hall Scholarship Program was established<br />
in 2008 and is funded only by donations, sponsorships and/or proceeds of<br />
raffles and other fundraising opportunities such as the annual garage sale<br />
and from donated premium money exhibitors donate back to the fund<br />
during the Annual <strong>Kendall</strong> Count <strong>Fair</strong>. If you are interested in donating to<br />
the fund please contact the KCFA at 830-249-2839.<br />
